More than 58,000 people visit this meeting which has had 150 exhibitors, workshops, competitions, presentations and demonstrations of chefs with Michelin Stars and Repson Suns of the province, and tribute to Vicente Castelló, Joel Robuchon and Miguel Pérez Mejías.
Alicante Gastronómica closed yesterday its second edition marking record figures in its four days of duration. For its more than 150 exhibitors, workshops, competitions, lectures and demonstrations, 58,000 visitors have participated, with more than 1,600 students from schools and educational centers in the province, with the utmost interest in knowing and learning dishes, products and techniques of our cuisine.
